Vote on Adoption Law postponed

We were expecting the Guatemalan Congress to vote this week on amendments to the Ortega Law and/or the new legislation that key members of Congress put together a couple weeks ago to replace the Ortega Law. Of highest importance is that we need to know definitively that they are going to let us bring Danny home by adding a "grandfather" clause. The vote has been postponed.
